Although some previous studies have discussed the nursing process for type 2 diabetes mellitus; however, research that specifically discusses adapting mellitus through needs analysis has never been studied before. This systematic review aims to publications on nurses' understanding of mellitus, patients with and a based training model. By using descriptive qualitative methods, this study uses scientific journal in last ten years as object describe condition patients, models analysis. The results revealed most articles focused revealing care by doctors, medical therapy comorbidities caused mellitus. However, intensify implementation is still very rarely done. observing condition, necessary improve quality health services
